This Privacy Policy is designed to help you, as a user of the Services, to understand how and why we process your data. The definitions used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in the Drive2License Terms of Use, which is available at the Website, drive2license.com. When you use the Services, the data controller is PMFH Development AB (“PMFH” or “We”) with registration number 559178-2197, email info@drive2license.com. YOUR RIGHTS As a data subject, you have certain rights. These are right of access, right of rectification, right of erasure (right to be forgotten), right to restriction of processing, right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. |

If you are unhappy with any response or have a complaint, you can raise this with the supervisory authority in the country where you live. INFORMATION WE COLLECT We only process personal data in a manner that is compatible with the purpose it was collected for. Most of your personal data has been voluntarily collected from you, for example when you chose to use the Drive2License App. Without your personal data, We cannot provide the Services. The following information is collected from you: • Your contact information such as name, address, email and phone number. • Your account data such as your username, password, gender, age, language preferred by you, time zone, IP address, your location (such as GPS including your precise geographical position) and other information you may share with us. • Information regarding your use of the Services such as your activities, training, drive distance, goals and project plan. • Reviews that you publish on the Website or in the Drive2License App. |
PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS In order to provide you with a digital support on your way towards a driving license, the Drive2License App need to log several parameters, such as mileage, number of driving sessions and speed. Your personal data is processed for one or more of the following purposes: • Offer and provide our Services to you. • Enter into and perform according to our contract with you. The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is that it is necessary for the performance of our contract with you. |
WHO WE SHARED YOUR DATA WITH We may share your data with thirds parties such as suppliers, partners and authorities. Such third parties can either process your personal data on our behalf (“data processors”) or be data controllers. For example, your personal data can be shared with or disclosed to banks, government agencies and providers of IT-services. DATA RETENTION We will retain your personal data for as long as you use the Services. If you choose to terminate your account, we will retain your personal data for one year from the termination date. After that time, we will delete or anonymize all your personal data. We may need to retain your personal data for a longer period due to mandatory legal requirements. When applicable, we will in such case retain your personal data in accordance with the mandatory periods. TRANSFERS OUTSIDE EU/EEA In general, We do not transfer you personal data outside of EU/EEA. However, We may transfer your personal data to companies within the US. In such case, We ensure you that We only transfer your personal data to companies which ensures an adequate level of protection, e.g. participate to the privacy shield framework.
